Pastirma
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Pastrami is an excellent appetizer. It's great to put a piece of homemade pastrami on a morning sandwich or add it to a salad instead of store-bought sausage. Today I'll share the recipe. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Step 4
Place the meat in the freezer for a couple of hours so it holds its shape. Then remove the wrap and bake the pastrami in the oven at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
