Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can add any nuts, seeds, or kernels you like to the fruit leather. Apples are most commonly used for making fruit leather, but combinations of fruits—such as apple with pear, plum, or apricot—are also excellent. There are many possible variations, so feel free to experiment. A food dehydrator is very convenient for making fruit leather, but you can also dry it in the oven. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet, lightly grease it with sunflower oil, and pour the apple mixture onto it. The oven door should remain slightly open, about 3-4 mm, during drying. The temperature should be 50 degrees Celsius. Cooking time is harder to estimate but may take about 10 hours. Once ready, the dessert can be served.

    Prepare the ingredients. Choose sweet and ripe apples for the marshmallow.

    We wash the apples, peel them, and cut into pieces. Place them in a heavy-bottomed pot or saucepan. Add a little water and set over the lowest heat.
