Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the pears, remove the cores, and cut into small slices.

Transfer the prepared pears to a saucepan or a pot with a thick bottom. Pour about 50 ml of water, bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat until the pears are soft, about 10-15 minutes.

Then blend the pears with a blender into a smooth puree.

Add sugar to taste and mix everything. Let the puree cool.

Then add the yogurt and mix until smooth.

Spread the resulting puree evenly onto a silicone or Teflon mat. Recommended thickness is no more than 4-5 mm. Dry in the oven at 60-75 degrees Celsius with the door slightly open for about 7-9 hours.

The finished marshmallow should be pliable, easily peel off the mat, but not dry and brittle. It's better to slightly under-dry the marshmallow than to over-dry it. For convenience, you can cut it into strips and roll into little rolls.
