
Raw vegan apple marshmallow

We will need apples and a blender.

Slice the apples and blend them into a puree using a blender. You can also use a meat grinder. The main thing is that the finished puree should be smooth and uniform.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the apple puree onto it and spread it evenly with a spatula. The layer of puree should not exceed 1 cm, otherwise the fruit leather will take a very long time to dry. My layer was slightly thinner, about 5 mm.

Place the baking sheet with apple puree in the electric oven at the lowest temperature. The temperature should not exceed 40°C. The oven door should be slightly ajar to allow excess moisture to evaporate. To do this, insert a wooden spatula or toothpick between the door and the oven wall. The fruit leather is ready when it doesn't stick to your finger when pressed. Slight sticking is acceptable.

Cut the prepared fruit leather with scissors, roll it into small rolls. Store in parchment paper or in a glass jar with a tight lid.
