Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make the fruit leather without sugar—spices will be enough. However, it's important to choose a tasty, sweet pumpkin, as the flavor of the fruit leather depends on it. Without sugar, the fruit leather dries faster; with sugar, it takes slightly longer. According to this recipe, you can dry the fruit leather in the oven with the door slightly ajar. Serve chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

We cut the pumpkin into small pieces or grate it on a grater.

Sprinkle with sugar and spices. Place the pot over the lowest heat, heat and stir until juice appears. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
