Peel the apples, remove the cores. Cut into cubes and transfer to a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add a little water and simmer, covered, until soft.

Then blend the apples in a blender until smooth purée.

Rinse the sea buckthorn, transfer it to the blender container, and puree.
