Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the figs beforehand and dry them thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.

Chop the figs in any convenient way for you, for example, in a blender.

Add sugar beforehand before chopping, if the figs are not very sweet. Add the amount of sugar to your taste.

Chop the figs to your desired consistency.

Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. If you're unsure about your parchment paper, lightly grease it with odorless vegetable oil.

Divide the fig mixture between two baking sheets and spread evenly. Dry in the oven using the "top-bottom, with convection" mode at 75 degrees Celsius for one hour.
