
Pear leather in a dehydrator
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Choose fragrant and sweet pears for the marshmallow. If desired, you can strain the puree through a sieve, and add cinnamon, cardamom, or star anise for flavor. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pear fruit leather in a dehydrator. Wash the fruits thoroughly and dry them.

Peel the pears, remove the cores, cut into pieces, and place in a bowl.

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth purée.

Grease the dehydrator tray with vegetable oil or cut parchment paper to fit the tray size and grease it with vegetable oil. Spread the pear puree and level it into a thin layer.

Place the trays with puree into the dehydrator and set the temperature to 60 degrees. Preparation will take 8 to 10 hours. The time depends on the thickness of the puree layer.

Cut the pastila into segments and roll into small rolls.
