Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use absolutely any puree for making fruit leather. It can be puree made from any fruits, berries, or even vegetables. I used apple puree, and if desired, you can add cinnamon or vanilla to taste. If it's not sweet enough, add a little sugar or honey. If you don't have a food dehydrator, you can make fruit leather in the oven. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Spread the baby puree in a thin layer on the parchment and dry the fruit leather in a warm oven at a temperature not exceeding 90 degrees Celsius for about 3 hours. Serve the finished dessert.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making marshmallow from baby puree.

    Grease the meringue tray with vegetable oil and transfer the baby puree directly from the jars onto it. Spread into a thin, even layer.
