Pasta in tomato sauce with meatballs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I use ready-made ground meat, but if you want to make it yourself, pass the meat through a meat grinder twice: the first time just to mince the meat, and the second time together with minced garlic, salt, and pepper—to achieve a completely uniform mixture. If using ready-made ground meat, squeeze in a few garlic cloves, add salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly. You can also add chopped herbs to the meat—parsley or dill—and spinach works very well too.

Step 2

Form small balls from the ready-made minced meat (slightly smaller than a tennis ball) and fry them in a pan until almost cooked through and a golden crust forms.

Step 3

Sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Step 4

Pour in tomato juice (if unavailable, use tomato paste diluted in water or broth). Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Step 5

Then add the meatballs to the tomato sauce and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Mix well. You can heat it a little longer, but if the pasta is freshly cooked, you can serve it immediately.

Step 7

Before serving, I recommend sprinkling the dish with finely grated cheese – it will be very delicious!
