Description

Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. "Tom Yum" paste belongs to Thai cuisine and has a very spicy, I would say nuclear-hot flavor. Therefore, be very careful and wash your hands thoroughly. This paste can be stored in the refrigerator for up to six months. The prepared sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making "Tom Yum" pasta.

    Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a pan and heat over medium heat. Reduce the heat, then add the garlic. Fry the garlic for 2–3 minutes. Remove the garlic from the pan and place it in a bowl.

    Peel and chop the onion. Place it in the skillet where the garlic was sautéed. Sauté the onion over medium heat, stirring, for 5–7 minutes, until cooked. Transfer the onion to the bowl with the garlic.

    Wash the pepper and dry it. Cut off the stem, halve it, and remove the seeds. Chop the garlic into pieces and add to the skillet after the vegetables. Sauté over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.

    Return the fried vegetables to the pan with the pepper. Mix and fry for another 2 minutes.
