Pasta with morels
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For this dish, I bought Italian "Tagliatelle" pasta from the store. Of course, practically any kind of pasta, macaroni, or noodles would work here. Choose according to your taste and preference—after all, you decide what goes best with what! The same goes for mushrooms. You can use button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shiitake, or others. The main thing is to use edible mushrooms. Serve hot.

Step 1

First, we bring water to a boil. We'll use this water to cook the pasta. By the way, if you have time, you can make homemade noodles yourself. In my opinion, they are no worse than expensive Italian pasta. And if you prepare them properly, they might even taste better! Add the pasta nests to the boiling water.

Step 2

While the water is coming to a boil, we immediately start preparing the vegetables. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms under running water. Chop the onion. Take a frying pan, pour olive oil into it, and sauté the onion until soft.

Step 3

Place the washed mushrooms in a skillet and sauté with onions for about five minutes. Pour in wine and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add soy sauce and cream. Season with spices to taste; I used sweet paprika. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 4

You don't need to cook the pasta for long. It's better to take it out earlier rather than later. Before that, take a fork and wrap a strand of pasta around it to test for doneness. The pasta should not be raw, but it also shouldn't be soft. Drain the water, place the pasta on a serving dish or divide it onto individual plates. Top with mushrooms and pour sauce over it. I must say, this is a very sophisticated and ultra-quick dish!
