Pasta with spinach, ricotta, and ham

Description

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for a few minutes less than indicated on the package instructions. Cut smoked ham into thin strips. Chop the spinach. In a rectangular baking dish, mix the pasta with spinach, half of the sliced ham, milk, ricotta, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the remaining sliced ham and Parmesan cheese. Bake until golden, for 30 to 40 minutes.
