Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I brought this recipe for pasta with sun-dried tomatoes from Italy. I found it unusual that in Italy a meal almost always starts not with soup, but with pasta (more precisely, with an appetizer, followed by pasta)—pasta is considered the first course there, which is why it's usually prepared without meat or fish. Only after the pasta comes the main course. Well, in one of the restaurants, for the first course they served us pasta with sun-dried tomatoes—I personally really liked it. It's a delicious and appetizing dish that's very easy to make with just a few ingredients. Often, this pasta with sun-dried tomatoes serves as a light lunch or dinner for me—especially when I don't need to cook for my husband and can't be bothered to spend much time in the kitchen, so I go with this simple pasta dish. I think you'll like this recipe for pasta with sun-dried tomatoes too—its simplicity and exquisite taste are simply irresistible :) The dish is ready to serve.

When the pasta is almost fully cooked, drain the water. Leave a small amount of water in the pot, just a couple of tablespoons. Place the pot with the pasta over the lowest heat, then add arugula and processed cheese.
