
Pasta with grapes and cheese
Description
The dish is easy to prepare without unnecessary complications. This colorful dish of spaghetti with cheese is perfect for a light dinner with family or friends. Serve it with chilled white wine, a vegetable salad, light appetizers, etc. You can optionally use a different type of cheese each time, adding various flavors to the dish. The dish is ready to be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use either hard or soft cheese, the main thing is that it should be easily meltable.

Bring water to a boil in a pot or saucepan, add salt, and place the spaghetti into the water. If they don't fit in the container, break them in half.

Boil over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes until cooked. Add the washed green onion stalk to the container, then remove it once it has imparted its flavor and aroma to the dish.

Wash the grapes in water, cut each grape in half. If there are seeds, remove them. Place the cut grapes in a non-stick frying pan and simmer lightly for about 2–3 minutes.

Grate the goat cheese on a fine grater. Place the prepared spaghetti on a plate and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
