Cook the pasta until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients: cut the ham into thin strips and grate the cheese.

Lightly sauté the ham on a hot skillet with oil.

Mix the eggs, grated cheese, and cream. Drain the water from the pot with the pasta, immediately add the egg mixture, and stir.
