
Pasta with tuna and tomatoes
Description
Tomatoes, olives, and tuna create a delightful combination. Once you've prepared the sauce, all you need to do is choose your favorite pasta, cook it, and mix everything together. A delicious and simple dinner will be ready in just 20-30 minutes. Serve the dish immediately after preparation.

1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. As soon as the oil is hot, add the shallot, garlic, and red pepper flakes at the same time, and cook for 30 seconds.

2. Place the canned tuna in a frying pan, break it up with a fork, and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Chop the tomatoes and halve the olives. Add tomatoes, capers, olives, pepper, and salt to taste to the tuna, then gently mix everything together. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, and simmer while the pasta is cooking.

4. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for about 13-14 minutes. Drain through a colander, reserving about 1 cup of the cooking water.

5. Mix the pasta with the sauce. If the pasta seems too dry, add the reserved pasta water. Rinse and chop the parsley, grate the Parmesan on a coarse grater. Serve the pasta topped with Parmesan and parsley.
