Pasta with tuna and orange sauce

Description

The recipe won't take much time. In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until done, according to package instructions. Drain the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, in a large bowl whisk together orange zest, orange juice, oil, vinegar, mustard, and crushed red pepper. Season the sauce with salt to taste. Add watercress and cooked pasta. Gently toss. Top the pasta with tuna, sprinkle with additional red pepper flakes if desired, and serve hot.
