Pasta with feta cheese

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Pour hot water into a large pot and bring it to a boil, adding salt during the process. Add the pasta to the water, pour in olive oil, and mix everything. Cook the pasta until done. To prepare the sauce: press the garlic using a garlic press or special garlic crusher. Grate the orange zest on a fine grater, and squeeze juice from the orange flesh. Pour olive oil, vinegar, and orange juice into a bowl. Add lemon and orange zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and mix all ingredients with a whisk. Drain the pasta in a colander and distribute it onto plates. Add the sauce and butter, then stir. Sprinkle the pasta with cheese and basil, and serve hot.
