
Pasta with chili cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Toss the cooked pasta with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and keep warm. In a saucepan, heat the milk, add the cream, butter, and bring to a boil over low heat. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. In a bowl, mix all the types of cheese together.

2. Add half of the cheese to the milk mixture, mix well, and add the cooked pasta, making sure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.

3. Grease the baking dish with butter, add the pasta with the dairy mixture. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining half of the cheese.

4. Bake for 15 minutes until browned, until the cheese-dairy mixture begins to bubble. Let cool slightly and serve. The dish can also be topped with Cheddar cheese and placed under the broiler for 5 minutes until a crispy crust forms.
