
Pasta with sausages
Description
Pasta with sausages is a perfect combination that can be made with any type of pasta and any kind of sausage. You can use either milk sausages or smoked ones, according to your taste. If you like pasta with sauces, add ketchup, tomato sauce, garlic sauce, sour cream, etc. Serve the dish hot, and you can grate hard cheese over the pasta.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy high-quality pasta that does not become overcooked during preparation. Remove the casing from the sausages, if present.

Pour the pasta into a cauldron, pot, or ladle with a non-stick bottom. Add salt. At this stage, you can add finely ground dried Italian or French herbs.

Pour in hot water (boiling water) and place the container on the stove. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 10–15 minutes. Cooking time is indicated on the pasta package.

While the pasta is cooking, slice the sausages into rounds or strips, cut them vertically into quarters, or chop in any other convenient way.

When the pasta is cooked perfectly but not overcooked, drain the liquid using a colander or strainer.

Place the butter in a container and mix it thoroughly with the paste. You can substitute the butter with olive oil, garlic oil, etc.

Fry the sliced sausages in a pan with vegetable oil for about 2-5 minutes until lightly browned, turning them occasionally.

Pour them into a container with the cooked pasta and mix once again. At this stage, you can also add other ingredients: finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped herbs, garlic, etc.
