Pasta with mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's a recipe for pasta with mushrooms. By the way, Italians make real fresh pasta at home just as we make noodles. Homemade pasta turns out special—tasty, firm, with a unique egg flavor. We, however, are used to buying pasta in stores, where shelves offer pasta of any shape and quality. The most beneficial kind is made from durum wheat and cooked "al dente" (with a firm, slightly undercooked center), serving as an essential source of fiber and complex carbohydrates. Today, I'd like to show you how to cook pasta properly and prepare a light mushroom sauce for it. Most importantly, be careful with spices so as not to overpower the natural mushroom aroma. Read on. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients, wash the mushrooms.

Cook the pasta (any shape) in boiling salted water for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package. This way, it will retain a firm center and preserve its nutritional qualities.
