
Pasta with scallops
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A super quick and easy pasta with seafood. Instead of scallops, you can use large shrimp. Serve hot.

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the water and set aside. Place the scallops on paper towels and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add olive oil. Place the scallops in the skillet, spacing them apart so they can cook evenly.

2. Sauté for 2 minutes, or one and a half minutes if using smaller scallops and shrimp. Then flip to the other side and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through. Transfer the scallops to a plate.

3. Reduce the heat to low. Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Dice the tomato. Add butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté for 10 seconds, then add the tomatoes.

4. Increase the heat and add white wine (beer or vegetable broth). Cook for 30 seconds, stirring the contents with a spatula.

5. Season with salt and pepper, add parsley, cooked pasta, a little lemon juice, and gently mix. Serve with scallops.
