
Pasta with salmon and arugula
Description
The dish is delicious with sour cream of any fat content, garlic sauce, or tartar sauce. Serve it warm. If desired, arugula can be chopped and mixed into the spaghetti. It is preferable to use fresh or lightly salted salmon flesh.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Boil the spaghetti in water for about 8-10 minutes, adding salt to the water. You can also use other types of pasta, cooking them according to the instructions on the package.

Peel the onion and rinse it under water. Cut into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the red fish flesh into large pieces, rinse under water, and pat dry with paper towels. Add to the onion and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Place the spaghetti in the pan, first draining them in a colander to remove excess liquid. Season the dish with salt and pepper. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
