Pasta with salmon, bell pepper, and dill sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cut the peppers into cubes. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain the water. Cool the pasta on parchment paper or aluminum foil to prevent sticking. Mix together eggs, cheese, onion, peppers, parsley, lemon zest, salmon, and seafood seasoning. Pour milk into a lightly greased baking dish. Fill the cooked pasta with the prepared mixture, place into the dish, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes. While the pasta is baking, melt the margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Remove the saucepan from heat and gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Return to medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Simmer gently for 1 minute. Remove from heat, then stir in dill and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the baked pasta and serve hot.
