Pasta with salmon
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The pasta, cooked this way, absorbs all the fish aroma, the bouquet of spices and seasonings. It becomes velvety in taste, and it's impossible to stop eating it! You can cook it every day, freezing or curing salmon at home and storing it in the refrigerator or freezer. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Step 2

Bring water to a boil in a pot or saucepan, add a pinch of salt, and pour in the pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the package (approximately 7–10 minutes).

Step 3

Rinse the green onions and peeled garlic cloves in water, then finely chop. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, add both chopped ingredients. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes over low heat until the vegetables release their aroma.

Step 4

Meanwhile, cut the salmon fillet into pieces and add it to the pan. Fry for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Pour in the soy sauce and water, add the paprika and ground black pepper, and simmer over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes.

Step 6

By this time, the pasta will be ready—transfer it from the broth to the skillet using a slotted spoon, shaking off excess liquid. Mix the contents of the skillet and simmer for about 1–2 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb the sauce flavors.
