Pasta with chicken sausages and broccoli

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add broccoli and cook until bright green, about 1 minute. Drain broccoli in a colander and set aside. Bring water back to a boil. Add pasta and cook until done, according to package instructions. Drain water and return pasta to the pot. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken sausages and cook until browned, about 4 minutes. Add broccoli, vinegar, and garlic. Cook until broccoli is tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add pasta and butter. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve. The finished dish is ready to be served.
