Pasta with chicken and tomatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chicken and tomato pasta is prepared very quickly—a perfect dish for when you're in a hurry. I add Mozzarella cheese; you can substitute it with Parmesan if you prefer. Instead of tomato sauce, you can use five or six soft, ripe tomatoes. In that case, simmer them separately from the other ingredients. I prefer using tomato sauce because it makes the pasta tender and enriches it with its wonderful flavor. Cook and enjoy. Serve hot.
