
Pasta with chicken and honey

This recipe won't take much time. What I love about Italian cuisine is that Italian dishes are prepared very quickly and ridiculously simply, yet turn out delicious. Pasta with chicken and honey is a perfect example—within just 20 minutes and with minimal effort, you get a tasty, original, yet uncomplicated lunch or dinner. The honey sauce turned out to be just right, and the chicken was incredibly tender. If you only have 20–30 minutes to prepare lunch or dinner but still want something special, pasta with chicken and honey is an excellent choice. Pasta with chicken and honey recipe: 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small pieces. 2. Melt butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté the chicken over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add soy sauce and honey. Mix well and simmer in the sauce until the chicken is fully cooked. 3. Add the cooked pasta and a little of the pasta cooking water to the pan. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes to let the pasta absorb the sauce. Serve on plates and enjoy together :) Serve hot.

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small pieces.

In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil.

Sauté the chicken meat in a pan for 4-5 minutes, stirring, over medium heat.

Then add soy sauce to the chicken...

And honey. Mix and simmer in the sauce until the chicken is fully cooked.

Don't hesitate to taste a small piece of chicken to determine if it needs more salt or sweetness. If it's too salty, add honey; if it's too sweet, add soy sauce.

Add the pasta to the pan along with a little of the water they were boiled in. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the pasta to bind with the sauce.
