Pasta with goat cheese and tomatoes
Description
Just the name makes your mouth water, right? If you're making this pasta during fresh basil season, be sure to add some. Choose juicy, ripe tomatoes—pink varieties or sweet cherry tomatoes work perfectly.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cook the pasta until "al dente" in salted water to taste. Approximately half the time indicated on the package.
- 2
Step 2

Grate two types of cheese on a fine grater.
- 3
Step 3

When the pasta is halfway cooked, set aside one cup of the cooking liquid for later use and drain the rest. Mix the reserved cooking liquid with sour cream and pour it back into the pot with the pasta.
- 4
Step 4

Add the peeled and sliced tomatoes, basil, and nutmeg.
- 5
Step 5

Add half of the grated cheese. Gently mix everything and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and place the paste in it. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.
- 7
Step 7

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then portion out and serve.

Step 8

Unbelievably delicious!
