Step 1

First, prepare the ingredients. Put the pasta on the stove to cook (boil it in salted water). I also add a tablespoon of vegetable oil (in this case, olive oil) to the water. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander so that all the excess liquid drains off.

Step 2

Next, we'll prepare the chicken. Cut it into small pieces or tear it into small chunks by hand. At the same time, take a frying pan, heat it with some vegetable oil (I'm using olive oil again). Add the minced garlic to the heated pan and sauté for just a couple of minutes—long enough for it to release its aroma but not long enough to burn. After that, add the chicken to the pan and fry it.

Step 3

Now let's prepare the sauce. Take cheese with cream. Pour the cream into a frying pan and bring to a boil. As soon as you see signs of boiling, add the cheese cut into pieces. The cheese will start to melt. Once the cheese completely dissolves and blends with the cream, and the sauce thickens, the sauce is ready.

Step 4

Now mix the chicken with half of the prepared sauce. Add cherry tomatoes. Then pour the remaining sauce on top. Done! Alternatively, you could combine the chicken and pasta with the sauce, and then add sliced cherry tomatoes portion by portion.
