Pasta with sausages, olives, and herbs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The most important thing when making pasta is to buy high-quality pasta. I recommend choosing pasta with a protein content of at least 12%—it tastes great with any sauce! So, here's a detailed explanation. The finished dish can now be served.

Step 1

I suggest cooking simultaneously on two burners. Put the pasta to boil in a large pot according to the package instructions. Cook until al dente. Flatten the garlic with the side of a knife—it will be easier to peel this way. Chop it finely and lightly sauté in a large skillet with olive oil. I'm using young green garlic; it also turns out delicious.

Add the thickly sliced hunter's sausages and fry them slightly.

Place the cherry tomato halves in a skillet, season with thyme and rosemary, add a pinch of oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir and sauté the vegetable mixture for a couple of minutes.

Then add a little of the water in which the pasta was cooked, and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta to the pan with the sausages, mix well, and serve immediately.
