
Pasta with shiitake mushrooms

First, finely chop the garlic and remove the stems from the mushrooms. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in a pan until golden brown.

When the mushrooms and garlic are browned, pour in the wine, add the sun-dried tomatoes, and mix.

Simmer the wine for a couple of minutes, then pour in the cream and cook for 15 minutes over low heat, covered.
