Pasta with scallops
Description
Before cooking, scallops must be thoroughly washed under running water to remove the sand they contain. To open the shells, scallops are boiled for several minutes in boiling water. If raw scallops are needed, the shells are opened with a sharp knife. For seafood pasta, linguine is more commonly used than spaghetti. The most challenging part of this dish is sautéing the garlic and scallops properly so they don't burn.
