Pasta with pomegranate
Description
Pasta with pomegranate—of course, a recipe from sunny Italy. Who, if not Italians, knows a million ways to prepare delicious pasta? At first glance, the recipe seemed a bit strange to me, but I took the risk—cooked it, and it turned out very tasty! The pomegranate adds freshness to the hearty dish, while the pesto provides a vibrant flavor. The pasta turns out very sophisticated, with a delicate taste. Although my husband isn't usually fond of mixing sweet with savory, he ate it all and even asked for seconds.
