Pasta with minced meat in creamy sauce

I really like this recipe for pasta with minced meat in a creamy sauce. This time I made it more tomato-based than creamy, but it still tastes delicious! If you want to make it creamy, just add one teaspoon of tomato paste – that's enough

   1. Fry the chicken mince in vegetable oil with spices. When it turns brown, add the onion. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.

   2. Add the cream and simmer over low heat until thickened. Spices - to taste.

   3. At the very end, add tomato paste. I like my sauce to be red, so I add 3-4 tablespoons, then mix the sauce with the pasta—though this is up to your preference. Serve, sprinkled with grated cheese!
