
Pasta (simple recipe)
Description
Traditional "Bolognese" pasta according to my recipe is ready in three steps. And it's true! I've never tasted a simpler and more delicious dish. Italians are indeed a genius people :) Try preparing pasta using my recipe and see for yourself—cooking will take less than an hour, and the taste will amaze you.

Finely chop the garlic. Peel the onion and carrot, and also finely chop them.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot and sauté onion, garlic, and carrots. Add ground beef and cook over medium heat until the meat is browned, about 6 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

Add the tomato juice to the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer uncovered over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

At the same time, cook the pasta in a large amount of salted boiling water according to the package instructions, 10 - 12 minutes. Serve the spaghetti topped with the tomato-meat sauce, and grate Parmesan cheese on top.
