Pasta Primavera

30 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is easy to prepare without unnecessary complications. Pasta Primavera is perfect for a large and hungry crowd... of vegetarians! :) Just kidding! The dish turns out very filling and delicious, with cream adding sweetness and the stewed vegetables bursting with a rainbow of flavors. Bows or tube-shaped pasta are ideal for this dish. It's best to use plum tomatoes, as they are sweeter and smaller than regular ones. You can also experiment with cherry tomatoes. And don't skimp on the Parmesan! Enjoy! The dish is ready to be served.
