
Pasta with pork
Description
There's nothing wrong with using raw egg yolks in the sauce. They are added to the hot spaghetti with bacon, so they don't remain raw. The most important thing when preparing pork "Carbonara" pasta is not to overcook the spaghetti itself.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it thoroughly.

Cut the bacon into thin strips. It is advisable to choose bacon that is not too fatty.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

In a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the garlic. This will take about 3 minutes—be careful not to overcook it.

Add bacon to the skillet with the garlic and sauté for another 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Transfer the yolks to a separate small bowl. Add a little salt and pepper to them.

Add the cream and cheese to the same bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and uniform.

In a saucepan, cook the spaghetti over low heat. They need to be boiled for about 15 minutes. However, it's better to check the cooking time indicated on the package. It's very important not to overcook them.

As soon as the spaghetti are ready, transfer them to the skillet, add the sauce made of eggs, cream, and cheese.
