Description

Pasta "Carbonara" is a great dish for a family dinner. This is served in all cafes or restaurants. But only homemade pasta will be truly delicious. Don't skimp on ham or bacon—they add not only flavor but also aroma. As for the pasta, you can use any type you have or prefer.

    Cook the pasta separately in salted water, then drain it in a colander and set aside.

    Place the skillet over heat. Cut the ham into small pieces and place in the skillet. Fry until golden brown, then transfer to a paper towel.

    Peel the onion and garlic cloves, then finely chop them. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.

    Drain the fat from the skillet, leaving about 1 tablespoon, heat it, then add the onion and garlic.

    Add the mushrooms and sauté until the liquid evaporates, then remove from the pan.
