Pasta with bacon and cream

Description

Bacon in this recipe can always be replaced with regular ham or even smoked sausages, but that would already be a variation of "Carbonara". Here, you are offered the original recipe. Enjoy!

   Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until done. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a dry skillet until golden brown.

   Mix the cream with the eggs, whisk slightly with a whisk. Drain the water from the hot spaghetti, place the spaghetti in a bowl, pour the mixture over it, and add the bacon. Mix well.
