Pasta
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Two types of mushrooms are used for making "Fungi" pasta—button mushrooms and porcini. Porcini mushrooms can be fresh, frozen, or dried. Dried mushrooms need to be soaked in hot water beforehand and finely chopped. The finished dish can be served.
