Pasta
Description
The recipe is classic, without any changes, and that's what makes it even better—simple and delicious! The hardest part is waiting for the meat sauce to cook so you can sit down and eat the pasta faster. I don't recommend replacing canned tomatoes with fresh ones, as it will result in a completely different sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Chop the onion, garlic, and rosemary, and finely dice the bacon.
- 2
Step 2
In a small amount of olive oil, fry the bacon, then add rosemary, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
- 3
Step 3
Add the minced meat and lightly fry until browned. Then pour in the wine, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4
Step 4
Add canned tomatoes in their juice to the ground beef and mix. Blend the sun-dried tomatoes in a blender and add them to the pan as well.
- 5
Step 5
Transfer the sauce to a heatproof dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for one hour. After half an hour, stir the sauce and add a little water if it is too thick.

Step 6
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water. Place the pasta on serving plates, add the Bolognese sauce and grated Parmesan.
