    When the dough becomes a bit thicker, sprinkle some flour on the work surface, place the dough on it, and knead until it becomes elastic and pliable.

    Cut the dried apricots into pieces, mix them with flour, and add to the dough.

    We shape a ball from the dough and place it in a bowl. Cover and set it in a warm place for 45–60 minutes.

    The ready dough is lightly dusted with flour, rested, and divided into portions. Each piece of dough is rolled into a ball and placed into cupcake molds. The dough should fill less than half of the mold. Cover the molds with dough and leave them in a warm place for 30 minutes, so the dough rises. Then, transfer them to a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. After that, you can lower the temperature to 170 °C. The kulichs are ready when the top crust takes on a golden hue.
