Chicken Pâté
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. To keep the pâté from being dry, be sure to add pork fat. Butter gives it a tender texture and makes the pâté easy to spread. It's best to prepare it ahead of time so it can rest in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours before serving, or even better, overnight. It can be served warm or chilled.
