Mince the duck fillet in a blender or meat grinder.

Soften the pistachios and prunes in hot boiled water.

Cut the duck liver into small pieces. Finely chop the pistachios and prunes. In a bowl, combine the duck liver, fillet, pistachios, and prunes. Season with salt and pepper.
