
Veal Liver Pâté
Description
Veal liver pâté turns out aromatic and tasty. First, fry the liver with vegetables, then grind it through a meat grinder. The finished pâté keeps well in the refrigerator for several days. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the liver, remove the membrane, and trim any tendons if present. Cut the liver into medium-sized pieces.

Dice the onion, grate the carrot.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the liver, and sauté for 5–6 minutes. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the vegetables to the pan with the liver.

Add nutmeg and coriander for aroma, and braise the vegetables with the liver for 7–8 minutes until tender. Then remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
