
Pork Pâté
Description
This recipe won't take much time. As it turns out, making pork liver pâté is quite simple. Thanks to soaking the main ingredient beforehand and plenty of spices, the pâté turns out incredibly tender and aromatic. It's perfect for morning sandwiches or a festive table. Let's start with the preparation stage. First, rinse the liver under water and cut it into pieces, then soak it in milk for 2–3 hours. Peel the onions and carrots, chop them, and sauté in vegetable oil until golden. Add the liver pieces and spices. Cover with a lid and braise everything together for 15–20 minutes with salt.

Cool the resulting mixture naturally, then pass it through a meat grinder several times. It is important to achieve the required tender consistency.

Add pepper, nutmeg, and cognac to the pâté and blend everything well in a blender. The pork liver pâté is ready.
