Sprat pâté

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I came up with the sprats pâté myself. I wanted to serve sprats in an original way for a casual family weekday dinner. In the end, I ended up with an appetizer that I gladly serve to my guests on holidays too. Everyone really likes it. I recommend the sprats pâté to my friends. It can be served warm or chilled.

   Place all the ingredients in a blender. Season with salt and pepper, add the cognac, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Blend.
