
Salmon Pâté
Description
Works for both special occasions and everyday meals. The combination of two types of salmon—smoked and poached—yields an amazing result. Be sure to add cream cheese and heavy cream to the pâté, which will give it an incredibly delicate texture. This pâté can be served on toast or slices of black bread, used to fill tartlet shells, or as a filling for blini. A simple recipe with an incredible result—definitely give it a try. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse and dry the greens, and prepare fresh and smoked fish.

Place the fresh salmon in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then transfer the cooked fish to a deep bowl. Add the smoked fish, broken into pieces.

Next, add cream cheese to the fish.

Rinse the dill and green onions and chop them finely. Add the herbs to all the ingredients. Squeeze the lemon juice. Sprinkle in a little ground pepper.

Now pour the chilled cream into the container with all the ingredients.

Using an immersion blender, blend everything until smooth and the consistency of a pâté. Then taste and adjust the seasoning.
